If the weather on the day of your lesson is not looking too good and you are unsure if the lesson will be going ahead please do not hesitate to call.
At Paul’s Tennis Academy we have a policy for Extreme heat and also Wet Weather.
An Extremely hot day is considered when the temperature is over 38 degrees. In this case the lesson will be cancelled and a make-up lesson is offered.
Wet Weather is when the courts are completely washed out. As the weather can be unpredictable in different areas the best way to find out if your lessons have been cancelled or not is to call.
Make-up lessons can be arranged by either talking directly to your coach or to send an email to Paul.
Your make-up lesson must be completed in the current term otherwise you forfeit the lesson.
The make-up lesson may not be at the same location that you currently have your lessons.
Refunds will not be issued. If a child or adult is unable to attend a lesson 24 hours notice must be given otherwise the lesson must be paid for in full and no make-up lesson given. This includes private lessons.
