Group coaching is a great way to start your child in tennis, it provides them with foundations they can quickly build on as they progress through the Tennis Australia ANZ Hot Shot Program stages:
The courts, nets and racquets are smaller to make learning easier. The use of low-compression balls gives young players the opportunity to serve, rally and score from the very first time they play.
Our group classes are small enough to deliver quality lessons on technique, but yet large enough to make them a fun and enjoyable experience for everyone.
Program Benefits:
Adult tennis lessons are a great way to keep fit and active, whilst socialise with like-minded people and have fun.
PTA caters to all tennis players in the local community across our locations – beginner, intermediate and advanced levels. Our experienced coaches work with you to build your skills and assist with improving those areas that are not performing well.
Ladies classes, private and semi-private sessions are available as well as Cardio.
A fantastic way to improve your skills while increasing fitness and enjoying social interaction with other ladies.
Private sessions are designed to fast-track improvement and move you to become a better player when playing a match. The coach will look to fine tune your strengths whilst developing those areas that are not performing as good as they could be.
Lessons are available for ½ hour, 45 minutes or 1 hour.
Semi-private lessons can be arranged – this is a great option if you have a partner you play a Comp with and would like to fine tune your game or two siblings wanting to progress faster.
Cardio Tennis is a fun, group tennis-fitness program suitable for beginners or those with previous tennis experience. Focus is on fitness rather than technical tennis skills, it’s an interval training cardio work out where you get to hit many tennis balls in a social setting, supported by upbeat music.
Get involved, it doesn’t matter if you’ve never played tennis before.
In partnership with Tennis Australia, Paul’s Tennis Academy conducts school-based tennis programs for primary and secondary school students. The school’s tennis program is designed especially for Australian schools in line with their PDHPE curriculums. The programs have an educational focus, specifically on healthy exercise, promoting positive mental health, inclusivity, and above all, fun and enjoyment.
The primary school program, delivered though the ANZ Hotshots partnership, over a minimum 4 weeks, provides tactical and technical tennis knowledge to a developing child’s mind and body.
The secondary school program has a more lifelong focus as children grow into teens and young adults. It provides more long-term goals for individuals to strive for as they mature into their adult lives.
If your school is interested in getting involved in the Tennis Australia programs, contact Paul’s Tennis Academy today.
